This is the screen capture from my Wii Fit last week. As you can see my starting weight is 113 kg or 250 lbs. I'll be using the Wii as my official measurement tool throughout this process.
We are going to go skating for the first time since last winter - i'm not looking forward to it - those skates are going to hurt my feet something awful!
